I'm so glad you're here! I am a certified Speech-Language Pathologist with over 17 years of experience across multiple settings. During my career I have discovered a passion for helping children learn to read. In 2018, I started my own private practice here in Warrensburg, Missouri, where I have specialized in dyslexia assessment and treatment, as well as speech sound disorders. It is incredibly rewarding to see my clients progress and meet their speech and literacy goals. My favorite part of private therapy is building meaningful relationships with my clients and their families.
In 2024, I was fortunate to welcome Brooke Matthews, a Reading Specialist, to our team. A native of Warrensburg, Brooke has taught in the Warrensburg School District for 15 years, serving in various roles including Classroom Teacher, Title Reading Teacher, and Instructional Coach. She is fully trained in the Orton-Gillingham method and brings a great amount of expertise and passion for teaching to her sessions.
